What a SOC 2 Report Is
SOC 2 is an attestation report. In a SOC 2 examination, an independent CPA firm evaluates a service organization’s controls against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria. In general, those criteria are security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy, and each organization’s report defines its own scope. IVR Lab is SOC 2 audited.
